    That's the breaks when it come to parliamentary procedure. At least they've ruled out an expensive an inappropriate referendum which is the last thing Scotland needs.

    I do hope Scotland will lead the way in the UK and if that causes a schism in the Kirk then so be it.

    If Scotland does legalise gay marriage, then yes, i suppose so.

    In Scotland a registrar can marry you anywhere, whereas in England & Wales you can only get married in a venue that is registered for civil ceremonies.
