What I had found helpful is Dr . Oz 100 weight loss tips . I had printed them out . And keep one in my purse and one in my car , and one on the fridge . Try to incorporated at least 5 different ones a day . In time it the weight loss journey will become easy as breathing . Just google Dr. 100 weight loss tips .0
