Crank it up challenge!!!

I challenge all of my friends in the 40+ group to "CRANK IT UP". Starting Monday July 23rd let's add 5 minutes to each of our workouts. Are you in?

    YEA!!! I am glad so many of you are up for the challenge. I added an additional block to my morning walk just to see if it was 5 minutes, I will be searching again in the morning for an additional 2 minutes.

    LOL......I will see your raise! What kind of intervals are we talking, so far all I have been doing is walking.

    Intervals can be what you want. With walking, maybe add in some hills/inclines if possible or increase your pace to a light jog/faster walk for a few minutes.

    You guys are going to be so mad at me.......my husband and I decided to go to Wendover (small town across the border with a Casino), so for the next two days I will be gambling and not working out much. You can either start without me and I will catch up when we return or we can change our start date to Wednesday.

    Ok I am feeling really guilty about issuing the challenge and then leaving town, so I am going to take my work out clothes with me and pull myself away from the slot machine and find myself a treadmill to walk on while I am away and will do an extra 5 minutes.

    When I get home I will blow the 2 inches of dust off my abs of steel video and start working on my abs, plus doing some intervals to meet the raise issued by Ms. Hooper!!! Good luck to you all, you are doing so good!

    I'm back ladies, closest I got to the gym while away was walking through it on the way to the pool, but I am back on track this morning and added five minutes to my morning walk. How is everyone else doing?
