July Challenge Week 2 Update

Alright kiddies! It's time again to update our Challenge stats!! So, how are you all doing? Hopefully better than I am. It's still hot out there. Drink lots of water.

Time to add up those exercise minutes and pounds lost ( or gained) for the week. And time for me to catch up for the month, too.

Here's where we stood at the end of Week 1.

    Missed posting last week. After gaining 10 pounds in 2 weeks I managed to get most of it off and lost a net of 1 pound for the month. Got in 445 minutes of exercise. Still have this tendinitis acting up.
