Hey guys.
My name is Casey. I'm a 33 yo mon of two boys 4 and 9 weeks.
I gained 50 lbs this pregnancy. :-(
PP i was 177 and at 40 wks I was 224. My biggest EVER.
At 4 wks PP I lost 34 lbs (189) I'm back up to 195.
My GW is 170 (I'm 6'1 BTW).
I also EBF so I have to BALANCE calories and exercise PERFECTLY.
