ASDA granola squares.

Hi,

I love em, its a weakness, but they dont seem too bad in moderation, unfortunately there is no nutritional info on them. I would also love some fabulous person to tell me how to make them myself ! im sure i could, how hard can it be, looks like a traybake.

    I don't think I've seen these at our Asda so I can't really comment on how to make them. But they sound nice so I looked them up - not much success - nearest I could find was their organic granola bar :

    Go to Asda online and ask then for nutritional info?

    OMG i LOVE them!!! I havent tried the Asda one but the Sainsburys one is quite bad..

    Sainsburys Taste the Difference - Chewy Granola Slice, 1 Slice

    Calories 379 - Carbs 39 - Fat 14 - Protein 3 - Sat Fat 7 Sugar- 20

    they come in packs of 4 now not individual if you go on asda site and search granola square they are there, but no nutritional info. if anyone good at baking can get a recipe sorted be fab, im rubbish wouldn't know where to start!
