Spreading macros

Soim going to increase my carbs and reduce fats/protein. How should I spread my carbs through the day?

    Including my post workout shake around 8-lots I know but it is just what works out for me and my energy.

    Assuming you would prefer to gain more muscle than fat, I've heard that carbs late at night are more likely to turn into fat since your body doesn't need much fuel while sleeping.

    I would try to spread them out evenly throughout your first 6 meals and cut back a couple hours before bed (last 2 meals?).
