This group was started ... to address the needs of those who job or travels prevent us from eating regularly, preparing healthy meals, or lack the time, energy, or will to work out.

Office life, lack of stress control,and snacking lead to me a 20 lbs weight gain last year. It started me looking for answers in the process I found a health coach that help me find the answers I needed, I would like to help other like I was helped, this forum is my way to pay it foreword.

I am not going talk about how I got healthy instead I want to learn how work or travel made reaching a healthy weight a challenge. And is there anything that you tried that work and you like to share with others.
