Having trouble not eating the goodies I like so much. Does anyone have any tips to avoid eating a truckload of junk???

    Distract yourself! Go read a book, go outside, talk on the phone. Don't THINK about the food or you'll THINK you need it! If distractions don't work, drink water. It helps you feel full because in reality you might not even be hungry, maybe your just thirsty!

    When i look at something i want really bad what i do is go over and find something that is healthy like i did today i wanted a piece of cake i almost ate it but i put it away and grabbed an apple thats what i will do for now on if i want some sort of sweet i think of what else i have that is healthy that i likeit helped me a lot
