What's up San Diego MPF!!! I regularly run/jog up and down Cowles Mountain out here in East County, I'm sure you're all familiar with it. I wan't to do another trip up some time soon, want to invite any of you interested.

    I might be game to try hiking it. I know running it is beyond what I can do.
