Hello, I am a new to the group. I am in Metro Detroit area. I just had my third child looking at getting healthy for me so that I could be me, mom, wife and co-worker.

    Hi there,
    I am Missy mom to 4 beautiful kids and wife to Carl for 13 years. I am looking for a buddy who can motivate me and I can motivate them. Since 2009 I have lost over 200 pounds and I feel some of that creeping back up on me. I need to stay moving and a buddy would help with that.
