Hi everyone I'm Steph
I'm joining slimming world tomorrow morning. So far I've lost 56lbs myself since joining MFP last year but have been plateauing since MARCH!!!! Hopefully slimming world is just what I need. I've reset my ticker and have a new fresh attitude.
Hopefully we can all support each other and share recipes (I love to cook)

I started SW on wednesday evening, so far so good. How you getting on? x0 -
Loving it so far. I'm having massive fruit salads with fat free yoghurt for breakfast. Big salads and eggs for lunch. I'm sticking to it religiously. I find having rules is making me super strict which is what I need. After a year of going it alone it's nice to have some structure. Plus I love a bit of healthy competition lol. How are you finding it? x0
