Keep accountable to others
Have a positive attitude
Do the best I can for the day
Know that I am enough no matter how thin or fat (I think I am)
A number is only a number (my 24 can start at anytime of day) It is never too late to be good to myself
Take care of myself first (or I am no use to anyone else)
