Here's my try. I'd like special consideration for a 40 and over category. This is definitely a younger person's game.

Had 2 green tea pulled pork wraps with sriracha guacamole and a Jif mocha cappuccino hazelnut spread with bananas sandwich.

Here are the stats. (MFP was not letting me add potassium or make any changes to my settings but overall with a banana, avocado, and half a vidalia onioni, I should be good.)

And a listing of what went into the pulled pork:

Put on my HRM to time, but here's the other info. Avg heart rate was 106 with max. 128 and 41 calories burned in 6:35.

Ok. I used the song "Eat It" by Weird Al and it's blocked in the United States and Germany. Too bad, the song works. I'll upload a US friendly version later.

wow, that's pretty weird that they can block it in certain countries. Fancy youtube rules.

I got some copyright email from them one day for one of my car vids that had music that I didn't play but it stayed up there and was viewable by everyone that I knew?

Also I can play the video I guess because I uploaded it? So I don't get the block message.

    New vid with different soundtrack.

Props for not being afraid to do this type of thing at your age.

Looks delicious and not a bad time at all.

Thanks guys! I sort of regret bringing up my age. Don't like hearing myself as the "old man." Nah..it's all good. Would like to seem some other older folks give it a try though.

I do think 15-20 years ago, I could've really demolished those wraps.

I love that you wore a HRM for this. I will definitely have to do this on my next attempt. I agree that you made a great music choice for the activity!
