I've lost 9 pounds in 4 weeks

7/23-235 . -3#s this week. 1350 average daily calories. 5 hours exercise. 1-24 hour fast and 2-18 hour fasts. I have found fasting to be the best weight loss tool I have ever used. Skipping one or two meals a day let me experience hunger calmy and really see that I don't need to eat. It has also dramatically shrunk my appetite so I get full sooner. And I still enjoy myself at pot lucks and parties where I eat a desert! Brad Pilon - Eat StopEat has some great information and studies. I especially recommend his YouTube teachings on weight loss and metabolism to clear up myths. PS I have always been a breakfast eater, but I am finding that skipping breakfast (3 days last week) does not make me hungrier and helps me meet my calorie goals.
I have also stopped counting my exercise calories and lost 3#s instead of the 2#s pet week I was losing before.
