Week 2, Friday 7/20/12

My daughter and her family moved on Saturday (into my home). I helped. (27 calories short of 2,000 … but just too tired to try to find something to burn those last few.) I was hoping that yesterday I would be able to start to make up for the day I missed. Boy, was THAT overly ambitious! I was a zombie all day yesterday.

Today my pushups were hard. By far, the hardest yet. I was not satisfied with what I was doing. Form was sloppy. I didn't (and don't) believe I could have done the max of 15 standard pushups, so I switched, on the last set, to modified. I was able, barely, to do 20 modified. I'm going to stay with Monday/Wed/Friday, and not worry about getting back on schedule. I'll just try really hard to not miss one of those three days. And I'm going to repeat Week 2, Day 3 again on Wednesday. And the way I feel, maybe repeat it again on Friday! :)

I can see that I won't make it to the end in just six weeks.

Week 1: Exceed the max each day! (2, 2, 3)

Week 2, Day 1 - 7/18 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 14! (11 required, over by 3!)
Week 2, Day 2 - 7/20 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 17! (13 required, over by 4!)
Week 2, Day 3 - 7/23 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 20 modified! (15 required)

Brunagot: Thanks for letting us know that we need to repeat the initial test. I didn't know that! And I love the attitude!
even with the pain I wont give up!

Actually, everyone who's left has a great attitude. Let's keep it going!!!

Now I'll get going, so we can go back to my daughter's old home, get the final things, and clean, clean, clean!
