    I also decided this week that I'm going to *try* really hard to not try to lose any more weight or not to expect to lose weight. I'm going to try to mentally go into maintenance mode! I'm still going to have a deficit, especially at first, but like I said, I'm going to try to expect to maintain my weight.

    3 weeks ago I was 145.6 lbs and obviously my weight has not gone down and I haven't lost any inches. I'm lucky this is my first real weight loss stall and rather than let myself go crazy expecting a 3000 calorie deficit to equal at least half a lb lost per week, I'm just going to try to maintain in the mid 140s and be happy :wink:

    I want nice arms by Spring 2013 and that's mostly all I care about right now LOL. Of course I'll still have my 4 gym days, 2 of those lifting days and going to keep working on my lifts. :smile:

    I always drink plenty of water too :smile:


    ETA I think there's a typo in mine up there ^ It's supposed to be 147.6. thanks!

    Still no change. 137. I'm okay with that. Still recovering from breast lift surgery. I haven't exercised for 2 weeks. I just got the okay to start back to my elliptical on Friday. Next weekend I will be able start running again. Yay! I'm still just 2 lbs. from my original final goal!

    Biggest strengths: I stuck to LC all week and didn't cheat once! Did lots of walking. Lost 7.6 pounds!!!

    Biggest struggles: Does Diet Pepsi count as water? No? So no water! Should have gone to the gym.

    I can't really complain, I had a good week!
