I miss the bond I had with my military sisters. My husband retired two years ago after 20 years. We have been stationed in many locations and settled in Texas. The change was a little difficult and I started eating and just didn't do a whole. Now, I'm adjusted and getting back in the swing of things. No more free gyms so I work out at home. I tried kayaking last week. Loved it!!

    we are maybe two years away depending on economy and promotion board...welcome and once an army wife always an army wife! God Bless you and your husband
