I really kicked it up a notch after last week's revelation. I'm almost back to my challenge start weight! I've found that what works for me is fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and feeling hungry most of the time. I've stopped eating after 6pm and hold off breakfast until 9 or 10am.
My diet right now is a combination of intermitten fasting (no food for 15 hours overnight), Dukan (low fat protein and veg based), and fruit flush days (only fruit all day with a salad an protein for dinner). It seems to be working!0 -
I am not sure why only 1.4 loss this week, but I will take it.

Pretty good last couple of weeks. I'm averaging more than 2 pounds per week over the last couple of weeks, and those are weeks in which I was limited in how much I could control my diet due to travel. That's good, as I need to pick up the pace in order to meet my goal by then end of the challenge. ;o)0 -

Ramadan Mubarak! Are you fasting? & it's going good so far for me. I'm in summer school so the delicious foods haven't rolled in for me yet lol. It will starting this weekend,but so far I've only been eating fruits, salads, and meats. I'm trying not to eat too many grains since I don't like to get up in the mornings to eat breakfast and I don't think it's a good idea to stuff my face with carbs in the evening. It's not bad though I'm enjoying the challenge0 -

I'm pulling out of this challenge.
Two co-workers, who I hadn't seen in some time, told me I shouldn't lose any more weight. I respect their opinions.
I'm going to shift my emphasis to weight stability and increasing fitness. We'll see where that takes me.
I'll still be around my fitness pal.
