I live in SW Fort Worth, and I'm currently working on a Couch to 5K program. Just wondering if anyone wants to meet up on Saturday mornings to run/walk a 5K at Foster Park (part of the Trinity Trails network)? I'm thinking around 8 a.m. or so (before it gets too hot!). Let me know!
