High testosterone

Just got back from the endo, she was happy with the weight loss. She did not tell me to reducs my calories this time which I greatly appreciate. She does want me to get more exercise. Yuck. Also increased Metformin to 1000mg twice daily.
But my testosterone is still high. Not sure what I can do about that?? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Lindsey

You may have a hormone I balance if you have high testosterone levels. You can go a long way to balancing/normalizing your hormones using vitamins and minerals essential to your endocrine system.
2g blend of magnesium, calcium and vitamin d in the right proportions. Plus 2g of vit c. Plus a zinc capsule. No the average multivitamin is not up to this job.
It also helps to control a steady low stream of blood glucose and keep your body in an alkaline state (both of these impact your endocrine system) and avoid chemicals with known hormone disrupters (I.e. read what's really in your shampoo and conditioners, and soap).
Best wishes. Xx.0 -
I was told that it is to much sugars in our bodys that cause the testosterone to be so high, and I was advised to cut down on sugars and also as much as I could on carbs because they turn to sugars. I havent had a test done in a while so maybe I should get mine checked .0
