I just want a recommendation for a gooooood massage place/person. My back is always knotted up.

Anyone know of something?

    I have been to spa 190 on jericho turnpike and they were pretty good. Spa Frasada is good as well. Hope this helps =)

    Beware of the clothing optional room at spa castle! The older folks just love to let it all hang out....unless you're into that kind of thing =p
