Today, during my workout (while watching The Biggest Loser on Netflix ;)), I pulled up my kids' potty step stool and used it for step aerobics and stepping. I used a chair for tricep dips and bicep curls and other arm exercises. I used a big rubber bouncy ball for squats, to help me keep proper form. And I used a jump rope to jump over and over doing ski jumps!

I do the same thing, I started to hold my kids when I do squats & lunges.
