Ode to the Butt Bible

Oh dear Pauline
So funny and great
You created a workout
Even Satan would hate

Two times a week
I lay on my floor
And do the butt bridge
Till I am tired and sore

I grunt and I curse
I swear a blue streak
My children now fear me
For the result that I seek

Oh dear Pauline
Whose butt is so tight
If it wasn’t for cracking walnuts
I may actually sleep at night

*kitten* to the Grass!
Is my new warrior cry
My new found butt
Makes going to the potty a fright

But through all the complaining
The moaning and tears
I still get my comfort
From the result in my mirror

So with the sweat still pouring
My rear all in flames
I send out a warriors cry
*kitten* To the Grass, only 4 weeks remain.
