Hey guys new here,didnt start losing yet I have a doctors apt.Monday to make sure Im ok to do this ,My goal is to lose 60Ibs in 90days...This is my plan;
1,500 cal/per day
low sugar
low sodium
weight training 3x's per week
cardio traing 6x's per week 2-4hrs day
a pound a day weight lost.
