Fruit ? to anyone who has been doing this for a while

Can you have fruit more than for breakfast? I have been eating it for other meals but really confused about this. Have the book on my Nook and can't quite figure out how often to have the fruit. I understand that the preferred fruit is with the peal. Not sure I'm eating correctly. Would love to have someone look at my diary.

From my understanding fruit is considered a carb so I have been having fruit other than at breakfast only on High carb days. I believe it is only veggies that you can have an unlimited amount everyday (unless it is a starchy type like potatoes)0

I agree with Sugar beans.. Fruit is a carb and can be consumed in a high carb meal.0
