I was 212.00 this morning up 2 lbs from last week...wrong direction. Eating out two nights in a row was not a good idea, lesson learned.0

I'm up 1.6 lbs. this week. :-( I haven't ate the greatest, but I have worked out a few times. Gonna try to do better this week. :-)

Eating out because it was getting late three nights last week wasn't a good idea... I need to tell the people I babysit for I need to leave when they get home, not nanny while they catch up on their own chores... I also need to get my husband to be more supportive of my efforts, any suggestions? He thinks he is only joking while commenting on my body movements while working out (like butt in the air while doing yoga), but it only makes me not want to do it.0 -
167.8 this week! Its not much loss, but its at least something. And I reached my first mini goal, which was to be 167 by my birthday, which was yesterday! So, at least that is something!0

First, remind yourself why you are on this journey, and what it means to you. Then, sit down with your husband, and let him know what your motivations are, and how his comments make you feel. Many times, the people we love don't mean to be insensitive, they just don't realize how their actions make us feel. If you tell him how important this is to you, maybe he will stop. If that doesn't work, then try to find a time when he isn't around to do your workouts. If it is truly a priority for you, you will make it work. Good luck. I hope he becomes more of a help than a hindrance for you.0 -

Thanks. I have talked to him. It doesn't always work. Most of the time he is away it becomes hard to workout because I am either chasing my 1 year old daughter, or babysitting ans chasing down her AND the two kids. I guess that's a workout, but not the amped up cardio i need lol.0
