    I'm 20 years old and 5'8'', and I'll be a junior at university this year. I was 163 lbs last school year, and with diet and exercise I made it to 135 lbs by May. I did gain a few pounds over the summer since I went to London for a month and my scholarship only paid for a little food, so obviously we ate cheap, unhealthy food the entire time, haha. That plus the lack of time to exercise means I am now at 139, and I'd like to be at around 130 by the time school starts on August 20th. :D I look forward to the challenge!

    Hi I'm Dorian and I'm starting gradschool very soon. (August 29th! EEK!) I'm 5'10 and 174 pounds, and I'd like to get 4 pounds off by the time school starts. My goals are: To make my stomach smaller, strengthen my back, core and arms, and eat three cups of vegetables a day.
