Just thought I'd share one of my favorite smoothie recipes :)

1 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup Tropicana Orange Tropical
1 baby banana
5 ice cubes

Total Calories: 150
Serving: 450ml

    Spicy Garlic Shrimp

    2 tsp light spreadables butter
    1 clove garlic diced
    1.5 tsp chili powder
    1.5 tsp crushed chilies
    8 shrimp (I used ready to eat)

    Melt the butter in a frying pan: add diced garlic, chili powder and chilies.
    Wait until butter has melted before adding shrimp.
    Cook till desired tenderness.

    This is a super quick, super delicious and goes splendidly with brown rice :)
