Hi everyone, I am Kim and hv struggled with my addiction for many moons, it all started when I was 15 and fell in love with salty French fries..I am now 48, and still love salty French fries :D

I am proactive and just found that lowering my carbs has taken away 98% of my cravings. Now my I am increasing my carbs to help give me more energy. Now here's the fun part, I am now figuring out which healthy foods activate my cravings. Hits is such a fun life experiment and is making the process kinda enjoyable. Is this weird :ohwell: lol

I hv found that I can snack on salted sunflower seeds, without activating my carb cravings. Does anyone else hv any other suggestions?

    Well...glad you are here, too! Baked homemade sweet potato or zucchini or squash chips or "fries". Lots of great recipes out there. Same here on the carbs AND salt. Not a sweet eater.
