Help me re-write my scripts!

I can tell when I'm getting down and tired. The messages in my head change from positive to decidedly negative. Instead of "All things are possible" I begin thinking "I'll never get below 200" and "I worked out yesterday, I should take it easy today." What I need is a new script! I have a few Bible verses that I go to when I start feeling low. When I'm tempted to eat something that will just add calories and not help me lose weight I remember that "all things are permissible but not all things are beneficial." What are some of the scripts you use to fight depression or the devil?

    Hi, my name is Margaret. I have always been over weight and thought that I would never be where I am now. I have been using MFP for about 5 months now and have lost 34.6 lbs + 5 that I lost just before I started and I never thought that I would get here. I was with God, and my friends that I did it and I feel like a million bucks and you can to. Don't give up ''slow and steady wins the race'. Keep it up!
