PSO2 error 103

Anyone else who plays Phantasy Star Online 2 and tried updating PSO2 get an error messege?

I've tried for days now to fix this but I can't read what the error msg is even trying to tell me.
If anyone else has had this problem, halp?

    Are the servers still up for that? I thought they were gone ages ago.

    PSO2 is new, but they only have the Japanese version up at this point. Coming to the states early 2013 from what I understand (and also to the PS Vita).

    Haven't played it yet, but I want to.

    I guess I was thinking of the Gamecube version. My bad, I will go back to my 3DS.
