WEIGH IN AND MEASUREMENTS

Hope everyone is having a spectacular week! This week is weigh in and measurements! So, the group shows that we have 111 people participating but I am only receiving numbers from maybe 20 people. I hate to do this, but at the end of the week if I have not received your progress weigh ins and measurements, I'm going to have to remove people from the group. It is too hard to maintain encouragement and motivation for everyone if so many people are inactive.

    Gain
    1/4 inch on my belly this could be water retention thou (i hope)

    even thou my weight went down then up again Im not really upset as the other measurements have moved in the right direction :)

    My weight as of 6.30 am is 64.4 kilos 142 lbs.

    I'm so glad of this challenge as the summer with kids off school and lots of socialising has made this a lot harder than before. I am so pleased I have the accountability of the weigh in each Tuesday.

    Well done everyone and keep motivated!! For me the motivation is to start the new school year in September looking healthy and fit, so my kids can be proud of me at the school gates. : )

    7/1: 155.4 <--- Whooo hoo!!! Down 2.8 pounds since last week! (Also down 2.8 pounds since we started.)
    8/3: 155.4 One month, no progress???

    I've been a bit frustrated with my weight. I weight what i did in three weeks ago, and have gained 1.2 pounds since last week. In 16 days, I went down .4 pound, which was a loss of .6 body fat. I did my measurements, and they made me really happy! In 16 days, I had these changes:

    Neck: Down 1"
    Chest: Down 1"
    Bust: Down 3/8"
    Waist: Down 1/8" (Down 1 3/8 from a year ago)
    Belly: Down 7/8" (Down SIX inches from a year ago!)
    Hip: Down .75
    Thigh: Down .5 (Down 2.25 from a year ago)
    Butt: No change (Down 4.25 from a year ago!)
    Above knee: Down .5" (Down 1.25 from a year ago)
    Below knee: No change (Down 1 3/8 from a year ago)
    Calf: Down 3/8
    Ankles: Down 1/8
    Arms: Down 1.25
    Wrist: Down 1/8
    Total: 7 inches lost in 16 days!

    So I cut out bread and lost nearly all the weight (all but 0.4lbs) I gained over two weeks again :)

    Im sorry iv only just seen this, as I was looking around and thought we had missed a few weeks, I have been keeping track though and I was waiting for the week 5,6 thread

    I cannot remember what day we post new weights but I weigh in on Sundays so I have added today's weight as week 7
    I could really do with some support/motivation, I have slacked off these last few weeks.
    I only have 20 days till my wedding and 22 days till we are off on honeymoon :)
    My partners in bed after a night shift and my tape measure is somewhere in there, so I will post those later if that is ok?
