...I tried downloading an app but my phone didn't like it unfortunately, which made me sad. But if you look in iTunes there are some free podcasts - you can't pick the music like you could with an app but it comes with the prompts so you don't have to run with a stopwatch :)

    You just gave me a great idea. I like using my Ipod over my phone, so I'm going to make my own playlist of music with included vocal prompts (my own). Thanks! :D
