OK...so I think the last time I wrote anything was the 18th....here is my catch up (but I don't know my total anymore 
)
19th: 2.5 miles
21st: 5 miles (Alaska Men's Run for Prostate cancer)
23rd: 2.5 miles
24th: 2.5 miles
25th 2.5 miles
26th: 2.5 miles
28th: 4 miles
29th: 1 Mile
that's a total of.... 22.5 miles (which with the rest I am sure I've made my 31 miles
