My weight last Sunday was 223 but for some reason I'm gained some water weigh. I did take off two day to celebrate my birthday but I watched what I ate. As of this morning I'm up 4 pounds ugh!! Hoping I can get this extra 4 pounds and the ten pounds off so I'm ready!0
