What's your favorite machine?
Which machine would you like to throw out the window?
Do you skip any machines?

    My favourite is the arm one, the one where you pull down (not sure what it's called) and the Hip Abduction and Adduction

    The hip abductor/adductor machine allows you to work your inner and outer thighs by abducting and adducting your hips. Sit on the seat of the machine and place your legs between the pads. Spread your legs outward to work your tensor fasciae latea muscles. Pull your legs in, squeezing them together, to target your adductor muscles of your inner thighs.

    The squat machine is what I'd happily throw out of the window. I can just about catch my breath when I use it. Caaan't breeeathe...

    And I don't skip any.. I grin my teeth and bear it.. :-)

    ^ I definitely agree about the squat machine! It is by far my least favourite, though I grudgingly admit that I feel great after.

    I think my favourite is the pec dec! I'm also a huge fan of one of the leg extention machines. I can't remember the name of it, but you sit and put your feet on the two pads and push out.

    I never skip any machines. I love to spend extra time on some of them when I can, as a matter of fact. :)
