Farmer's Markets???

I live in Chaska, and am looking for Farmer's Markets in the area.
It seems that so many (Including Chaska) are weekday's during the day??? Why? Anyone with a day job, can't make it!
If you know if any that are on evenings or weekends, please let me know!

If you don't mind traveling a little, there a small farm on Hwy 5 near Waconia that sells local (and some imported) produce. All organic.
Nice old lady runs the place. It's called "At the Farm"0
