AUGUST GOALS:
-Be under my carbohydrates limit 5/7 days
-No frivolous beer
-Drink at least 4 glasses of water a day
-No soda
-Fruits/Vegetables focus each day
-Exercise 6 days/week
-Run 2x/week (at least 5mi/week)
-Plans meals ahead of time
-Strength training 2x/week (at least one Nike Training session)
-Watch my sugar intake (I'm always over!)
-Watch my sodium intake
-Walk at least 12,00 steps/day
-Climb at least 15 stairs/day
