Hi all
My name is Diane and I live in Woodstock, Illinois, which is a far northwest suburb of Chicago...actually nearer to Rockford. I am new to this site and to this group. I am a 53 year old mom of 3 adult children and 3 granddaughters. I am nearing Menopause, my kids are grown, and I am looking forward to a new, healthier life...taking care of myself for a change. I need to loose about 50 lbs to be at a healthy weight. It is going to be a long, long road so I am looking for support and ideas as I travel this journey. I am also quite willing to give support and help to whoever needs it.
