Hi Folks
Let's get this group off the ground, maybe share some aims and goals or motivational tips!
I am going to be slimmer and fitter by my 60th birthday next year.
I have a block of lard in my fridge to remind myself of what 500g of fat looks like and a picture of 10kg of fat which is how much I would like to loose. Also board split in two with pictures of 60 year olds - one side active the other sedentary and unwell.
