Raw Food Challenge: No processed foods for a month

One way you can get into the habit of healthy eating and weight loss is to avoid processed foods. Many of these foods include preservatives and fillers that can lead to weight gain or cause you to feel hungry shortly after consumption.

The rule for this month is simple, if you can’t pronounce the ingredients then you can’t eat it. Choose all natural foods or foods from the main food groups such as fresh vegetables, lean meats, beans, low-fat dairy and fruit.

All you need to do to get started is post your intent to join the challenge and share your experiences helping to motivate each other along the way.
