Hey guys and gals!
I had a hectic morning getting my husband, baby and myself ready for the day! I completely forgot to weigh-in! :grumble: I promise I will weigh-in in the morning.
But for those who actually remembered today was Wednesday, you know the drill. :bigsmile:

I'm only down 3 pounds from my challenge start weight, but since I went up 2 during the challenge I'm now down 5 pounds total, so I changed my challenge start weight to be the highest weight since the challenge start.
What seems to be working really well for me is not eating between 6pm and 9am, eating fruit only (plus a salad with protein for dinner) for 1 or 2 days a week, and eating only protein and veg the rest of the time. Even with a day of over-indulging at a party (I ate an entire thin crust pizza by myself...) I still lost weight. I found a couple of days of fruit flush after the bad food day helped a lot.0 -

Sorry for the delay. I was at an all-day meeting yesterday at work, and the day got away from me. I weighed in... but never got around to posting.

Pretty proud of myself for yesterday. They served food at our meeting... lots of food. I chose well, and then sat there for a long time talking at the end of lunch - all with a giant plate of various desserts staring at me from the center of the table.
The desserts weren't all still there when we got up... but *I* hadn't eaten any of them. ;o)
(For the record, though... they looked really good. I really wanted one of those double chocolate brownies.)0 -
