I hold most of my weight in thigh butt area. I try to work out for 30 minutes Mon-Friday during lunch. I like the stair-master and incline intervals on the treadmill, I also do yoga a couple times a week. I just want all the cellulite to disappear. I see you few of you are my twins, I will add you.

I get most of my exercise from walking my dog and from doing misc. work around the house and farm. I also like to play tennis, go swimming,skiing, kayaking and hiking - pretty much anything outdoors when I can. The whole working out in a gym thing really isn't my cup of tea.0 -

I cycle all the time- just as a means of transport, kind of getting into yoga- only off of youtube though, and I eat really badly, have been trying to eat better- might take some time to see the difference.
