    UGW: 128 or under if possible, I am doing a lot of working out including running and lifting, working my way up to a half marathon, so I will see what my body is like when I reach that goal. Hopefully a lean, mean, healthy machine!

    I've had several years of being really inconsistent with diet and exercise--I've been currently stuck in the upper 120's-130 for a few years now and would like to get back under 120 consistently.

    So I think I figured it out. SW is starting weight CW is current weight and GW is goal weight.

    CW: not really sure I get weighed at some of my appointments and they usually take off 10 pounds for my uniform so I think 163
    GW: I like where I'm at but could loose my mini keg so I want to lower my body fat ratio but gain some muscle mass, plus still be able to enjoy some delicious beer without getting a beer belly which I know is all about more calories taking in then burning so it's not truly a beer belly but beer tends to help with getting a belly.
