Last week: 177.2 lbs
Today 8/3: 177.2lbs
At least there's no gain BUT no loss either!!! ugg!! I have my period today so I'm really hoping to turn this around by next Friday, if not I'll be super pissed! (jajaj..kidding, I don't get pissed just frustrated)

Stayed the same this week, but I'm not to upset because it's my TOM and I've been working night shift, with both I am usually 2-4lbs heavier. But despite having both I stayed the same so I am very pleased with that! :happy:0 -

Well, I weighed in tonight at 295, that's up a 1/2 from last week, but I forgot to weigh-in this morning. I can be full of excuses this week, but I won't be, because I know that I didn't do any better because of the choices I made. I WILL do better next week.0
