paces per minute progress

I run my app on my Ipod, so no GPS for me. The accelerometer still allows me a standard of measurement by looking at my mission logs and comparing paces per minute.
I am a new runner, a multiple C25K dropout. I run as long as I can, and walk when I have to. Zombies seem to be a good motivator for me...my first run, I ran at 121.5 paces/min. This morning, my 9th mission, end of week 3, I ran at 140.8 paces/min. (evaded TWO zombie hordes!)
And I'm still having fun!
So...how YOU doin'?

I'm loving Zombies Run! too. Have done 4 missions do far, 2 in the gym using accelerometer and 2 outside using GPS. Know for certain that the zombie chases make me work hard, can see the spikes on the graphs when I up the pace!
Haven't run outside for over 2 years and it's made me feel like finding done spare half hours or do and just doing it.0 -
