Slingshot week

I am due to start the slingshot week in a couple of weeks. Has anyone had any luck with this? I don't seem to have a desire for a lot of carbs and wonder if I should continue as I have been and do the slingshot tech, when needed (plateau etc). Any suggestions?

I'm at the same spot as you.. Monday will begin slingshot week for me. I'm gonna try it and see what happens and then tweak it from there. I don't find that I really miss the carbs on my low carb days, but I'm just gonna play it by the book for now and see what happens.. Good luck to you in whatever you decide... I just really have hope that "Choose to Lose" is gonna finally work for me. I'm seeing better results in the 3 weeks I have been in here than just calorie counting since Jan.. Here's to hoping!0

I think sling shot week is a great idea especially for those like me who love carbs. I just wouldn't go crazy on carbs, take it slow have the one carb thing that your craving the most without any guilt and go from there. I have 3 more days until I hit sling shot week and I will give it a try, just keep in mind to always drink your water. During sling shot week I will be paying more attention to sodium levels.
