    No problem, sorry it was late - was working out of town. Walk Slim 3 Miles was my first LS DVD! And it still makes me sweat!

    Happy Saturday Walkers!

    8/4 - 4M Punch + lower body tone session at the end - this one is always a favorite and great burn with the 1lb gloves!

    GOAL - 40 MILES
    SO FAR - 4 Big ones
    LEFT - 36 MILES

    I love my walks and walk every day!

    3 miles in the morning
    5 miles in the evening

    So 248 miles for the month of August!

    Reneejax22 , great plan not to allow yourself to be overwhelmed this month. Good for you!

    supplemama, you are certainly gonna be walking a lot!! Awesome goal :-)

    princessf1, Sounds like you did a great burn with your walk on Saturday.

    I took Saturday & Sunday off this weekend. Did a little yard work but otherwise let my body rest. I listened to my body and knew I needed the break. Today I feel better for it.

    8/6 4 miles (classic mile in AM and 3 mile Slim & Sleek in afternoon)

    Goal for August: 70

    Did 4 fast miles today - this one has always seemed to go by so fast! I have done it many times and never get tired of it.

    GOAL - 40 MILES
    SO FAR - 8 MILES
    LEFT TO GO - 32 MILES

    Tomorrow will be water aerobics and then Turbo Jam strength workout. See you all Wednesday!

    I don't have a mile goal but so far I've got 6 miles in:
    Walk Your Belly Flat = 3 miles
    Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan = 3 miles

    Yay Scoobees, you are back, and with a new computer so you can log in!! That is super wonderful. Go you for 6 miles walked so far!


    Today, 8/9:

    Three Fast Miles. (My grand kids are here so I figured that gave me a reason to go fast this morning :smile: . They are 5 1/2 & 7 and played nicely together the whole time in the room across the hall while I exercised. Good for them :-)

    Heck! How did I miss the August thread?!?!?!

    Well done so far everyone.

    Ive probably already done 12 miles this month. I will plan to do 30 in total, as Im gonna continue alternaing with Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones.

    I recently bought a mini trampoline & am using it to do the boosted walk bits of my Lelsie workouts. Its GREAT coz it takes the impact out of my knees, which were sore last month. Awesome! :)

    Hey there all, I'm new to this thread and excited to be doing WATP with a group! Im hoping this will jump start and motivate me even more!!!! I'm may be late but I'm still in! 30 miles for Aug. I've already done 12 miles so far in the past 3 days!
