Newly Pregnant :)

Hello! I'm Renee. My hubby and I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant with our second child (our son will be three on November 11), due in early April 2013.
Wednesday of this week I had just recommitted to losing weight because my pants were starting to be a little tight and I still have much more to lose. It cracks me up at the irony of wanting to get back on track to lose weight and turn out to be pregnant and now switching my mindset to gaining weight again!
I plan on using MFP to continue with my healthy eating and exercise habits. This group seems like it would be a good fit since we all want to stay healthy and gain weight at a good pace.
I look forward to giving and receiving encouragement on here and learning more about all of you!

Hi! I am newly pregnant with my first, due end of March, if all goes well. Wanting to remain active and fit and healthy. Lots of nausea and fatigue due to the coo-coo hormones. I'm pretty nervous, but I know that working out will help me with the stress and emotions. Congrats to you ladies, too!0

Congrats to you too!
I did not keep working out as much as I wanted to during my first trimester. I was so exhausted and naseous that I was only able to work out a couple days a week after week 6.
However, now that I've started week 13, I've managed to workout every day so far! Still feeling a little naseau, still more tired than normal, but definitely feeling better. So, I know what you're going through, but it will get better.
Good luck!0
